Wilma is an independent short-term insurance representative with over 16 years' experience having joined Old Mutual in 1988.

She has been with Ratio Interim CC. (previously known as Leo Jacobs Finansiele Dienste) since September 2002. The primary objective of the company is short-term insurance.

Wilma has completed her NQF Level 5 qualification and has written the regulatory exams for representatives.
