Lizelle Coetzer has over 28 years' experience in the investment and insurance environment. She started her career at UAL Investment Planning Services and worked for PSG Asset Management, Old Mutual and Coronation Fund Managers before joining Ratio Financial Planning Services CC. (previously known as Leo Jacobs Versekeringsmakelaars) in 2008 as a Key Individual.

Lizelle Coetzer obtained a BA (Hons) degree in 1994 at the University of Pretoria.

She completed the Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning at the Faculty of Law, University of Free State in 2008 and is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP).

She completed UNISA's Programme in Investment Analysis and Portfolio Management in 2001.
